Beginning this journey has been an act of deep inspiration — a soft calling to sprinkle light and create a space for community. The Zest of Light is not just a project; it’s a devotion I’ve been nurturing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through the process of finding who I am and how I wish to share that with the world, I’ve hesitated. I’ve struggled. But with renewed confidence, I now offer this sacred space — with intention, vulnerability, and love.

With words of encouragement, I hope to illuminate the path for others to explore their own healing journey — through the mind, the body, and the soul. I walk this path with an open heart, honoring the many ways we learn, and staying honest with my inner child.
